Learning and Programmes Service Standards
• Workshop leaders – will be well trained,
properly equipped, courteous and knowledgeable. They will
deliver the booked session as described in the session details.
• Museums and gallery – will be the focus
of our work and we will work either in the gallery space or in a
separate room. The room will be furnished to meet the group’s
needs.
• Sessions – will be excellent value
for money, clearly described in our session details, relevant to
the teacher’s aims and as accessible as we can make them. The
sessions will be enjoyable and use objects from our permanent
displays and temporary exhibitions.
• Activities – will be explained at the
beginning of the session and instructions given throughout.
Timings will be agreed at booking and kept.
