Our services will:
Provide excellent value for money
- Concessions will be available for students, seniors, children,
families and groups at all times of public opening
- All B&NES residents and schools will be admitted free of
charge to the displays at any time during public opening on
production of proof of residency or their Discovery Card
- Residents' Discovery Cards will be issued to B&NES
residents free of charge during 80% of opening hours, on production
of proof of residency and identity
- Audio guides in 7 languages, or printed leaflets in 18
languages, and human guided tours will be included in the ticket
price for all
- Refreshment prices will reflect the benefits of the unique and
elegant setting
- Half-term activities and access open evenings will be offered
free of charge for B&NES residents
Be clearly described in advance
- Opening and closing times will be clearly published in all
advertising literature and at the point of admission
- Admission prices will be displayed at the point of admission
during opening hours
- Information about the site and its services will be available
via the website and telephone information line for 24 hours per day
and by e-mail and personal enquiry during opening hours
Be relevant to people’s needs
- Toilets will be adequately stocked
- Baby changing facilities will be available in both the ladies
and gentlemen's West Baths toilets when open
- Shops will be stocked with an appropriate range and level of
stock according to the season
- 8 courtesy baby carriers will be available at any one time
- Seating will be available throughout the site
- We will consult regularly with service users on the quality of
the service provision through surveys and focus groups
