Dickens 2012

Family drop-in activity: Style a statue, Monday 13 to Friday 17 February, 10am - 1pm & 2pm - 4pm Create a card statue based on one from the museum. No booking is required.  Normal admission charges apply, but free once on site. Residents of Bath & North East Somerset have free admission with a Discovery Card

Archaeology for everyone
Sat 3 March, 11am - 3pm. Join us in Freshford Memorial Hall for a variety of hands-on archaeology activities. Bring along your finds for identification too.
National Science & Engineering Week, 9-18 March 2012
Science 'busking' at the Roman Baths Wed14 March, 4pm - 8pm. Explore the science trail and take part in a variety of science and engineering investigations. Last entry 7pm

 

Tunnel and store tours
A chance to look ‘behind-the-scenes’ at the Roman Baths Museum. Free with normal admission charges or a Resident's Discovery Card, but numbers are strictly limited so advance booking is necessary on 01225 477779. Tunnel Tour -  21 Dec at 10.00am, 19 Jan 10.00am.; Store Tour -  15 Dec at 10.30am, 25th Jan at 2.30pm.

SPORT AND FASHION at the Fashion Museum
The catsuit that Olympic gold medallist Amy Williams wore at the Vancouver Winter Olympics in 2010 is on display at the Fashion Museum in a new exhibition SPORT and FASHION, opening at the Assembly Rooms on 4 Feb 2012.
