COVID-19: Advice for visitors to the Roman Baths

The Roman Baths will be closed from Thursday 19 March until further notice, in line with advice from Public Health England. 

Update: 1st May 2020

Any visitors with pre-booked tickets to the Roman Baths up to 30th June will be automatically refunded. Please allow 30 working days for the funds to show on your account. You will receive an automated email once your refund has been processed.

As our plans for reopening become clearer, we will be in touch with visitors with pre-booked tickets after 30th June. However, in the meantime if you would like a refund or to rebook for a later date, then please email [email protected]. We will keep you informed on our website and social media channels with any information and updates.
