What is the 50% Return Visit offer?

If you visit The Roman Baths between 1–30 April 2026 using a full‑price ticket bought online, you can book a 50% discounted return visit to use any time between 1 May and 30 June 2026.

Proof of your April visit will be required at the time of booking the return ticket, so please make sure you keep a record of your original order number - found on your booking confirmation email.

Who is eligible for the offer?

The offer applies to full‑price Adult, Senior, Student, Child, and Family tickets purchased online for visits taking place in April 2026. It is valid for Roman Baths general admission tickets only and does not apply to combination or bundled tickets.

I visited early April, but have only just seen this deal – am I eligible?

Yes. Proof of your April visit will be required when booking your return ticket with our customer services team.

If booking via the phone, please quote your booking reference

If emailing, please quote the reference number within the body of the email.

Does the same person need to make both bookings?

Yes. The discounted return must be booked by the same individual(s) who made the original April booking, using the same email address.

Can I buy an adult ticket for a visit in April and claim 50% off a family ticket in May or June?

No, the offer applies to a return ticket comprised of the same ticket type/s.

Can I combine this offer with other discounts or concessions?

No. The offer is non‑transferable, cannot be exchanged for cash, and cannot be used with any other offer, concession, or discount
