Who holds and accesses my data?
The Roman Baths manages your data on behalf of The Roman Baths Foundation. Both parties are ‘joint data controllers’. We have an agreement in place which sets out each party’s roles and responsibilities. Your data is only used in relation to the Roman Baths Foundation and the projects it is supporting at the Roman Baths. We will not share your data with any third parties, including other Bath and North East Somerset Council services or any other Heritage Services venue.
Occasionally we may need to appoint an external party to undertake work on our behalf. Any such arrangements will be subject to a formal agreement between us and that organisation, to protect the security of your data.
