Celebrated chef, restaurateur and food writer Mark Hix is known for his original take on British gastronomy. Guests are invited to enjoy a special dinner designed by Hix and inspired by recipes from his cookbook “British Seasonal Foods”.
Tickets include an English sparkling wine reception with Mark’s signature canapés around the torchlit Roman Baths, followed by a three-course dinner menu with expertly-paired wine and coffee.
