How to Enter:
• To enter, participants must share photos of Summer Lates 2025 on Instagram or Facebook, tagging in @TheRomanBaths and using #SummerLatesBath2025.
• Entries must be submitted before midnight on Sunday 31 August.
• Entrants should follow The Roman Baths on Instagram or Facebook.
Entry Limitations:
o One entry will be accepted per participant.
Competition Period:
o Entries must be submitted during the competition period: 21/07/2025 – 31/08/2025
Prize:
The winner will receive:
• A hamper of merchandise from The Roman Baths Shop, worth £100 RRP.
The prize is non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and no cash alternatives will be offered.Entrants are not able to select the items included in the hamper.
The Roman Baths reserves the right to substitute the prize with another of equivalent value without prior notice.
Winner Selection:
o The winner will be randomly selected from all submitted entries.
o The winner will be contacted by direct message in the week of 1 September by The Roman Baths. If The Roman Baths does not receive a response within a week, they reserve the right to offer the prize to someone else.
Eligibility:
o The competition is open to individuals aged 18 or older.
o Employees of The Roman Baths and their immediate family members are not eligible to participate.
Privacy:
o Participants’ personal data will be used solely for the purposes of administering the competition and will be handled in accordance with our privacy policy.
Liability:
o The Roman Baths is not responsible for any technical issues, including but not limited to, lost, delayed, or misdirected entries due to network, hardware, or software failures.
General Conditions:
o The Roman Baths reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the competition if any fraud, technical failures, or other factors impair the integrity or proper functioning of the competition.
o By participating, entrants agree to be bound by these terms and conditions and the decisions of The Roman Baths, which are final and binding in all matters relating to the competition.
o The prize is only able to be shipped to addresses within the UK.
