The Roman Baths entry + Archaeology Adventures children's activity
Add a unique hands-on experience to your visit this Summer with Archaeology Adventures. Young history hunters can become real archaeologists, digging for replica Roman artefacts in a specially designed excavation trench.
Running from 21 July - 29 August, these 30 minute sessions run at 10am, 11am, and 2pm - and cost £6 per child in addition to entry to The Roman Baths.
Please note that 2pm sessions are NOT being run on 1, 8, 14, 15, 20-22, 29 August
Book your tickets for The Roman Baths and museum in advance to secure entry and enjoy a reduced rate. The prices listed below apply to advance bookings and are £2 less than tickets purchased on the day. Tickets are available to purchase until December 2025, Bank Holiday pricing may vary.

A carer or companion is welcome to join a ticket holder free of charge. To book your carer or companion ticket, please select a free carer ticket when booking online.
Residents of Bath & North East Somerset who are Discovery Card holders, and full-time students at University of Bath and Bath Spa University receive free entry to the Roman Baths. Please click below for further details on how to book your tickets.
Children who are Blue Peter badge holders receive free entry to the Roman Baths. These tickets can be purchased on arrival at the front desk, or online by entering the code BLUEPETER24 in the promo code box. Children must be accompanied by a full paying or concessionary adult and the Blue Peter badge with Photo ID card must be provided on arrival.
